Travel back in time, five years before the events of "Shadows of Desire" and follow Yuria's mysterious and emotional journey. She leaves her comfortable US life with her husband Alvin and daughter Miley to head to the Congo on a humanitarian mission. Alvin is assigned to work in one of the most troubled refugee camps, while Yuria, an experienced psychologist, offers her support where it's needed. But things take a turn when she meets a strange refugee. From the start, he's fixated on her and it becomes dangerous. At first Yuria sees it as a challenge, but then things get complicated. Is she really helping him or is she getting pulled into his world?
